The course will cover

• Understanding what to review and when
• Identifying key areas of focus for reviews – those typically identified as requiring improvement
• Learning to follow simple checklist guides to support the review/case closure processes

Your office will be invoiced on receipt of this form. Please note refunds are not possible in the event of non attendance.
