Equality and Diversity in a Youth Justice context

The course will cover

the meaning of equality and diversity, prejudice and discrimination
exploring the equality issues facing the service
refreshing knowledge and understanding of equality law including the Public Sector Equality Duty
how to  embed diversity in service delivery
