Learning Outcomes

By the end of the workshop participants will:

Have an overview of supervision, it’s purpose and importance
Understand factors which are relevant to HSB assessment and intervention in relation to AIM3 assessment and interventions
Learn the importance of critically reflective supervision and developing staff resilience and supporting staff welfare
Have the opportunity to rehearse core supervisory skills in relation to HSB
